The FRUSTRATION of buying content....
 

...every time I go looking for new content all I get is frustrated!
If it would be an easy and pleasurable task I probably would spend much more money... Today I have wasted over 3 hours looking for just one decent new set, lost all the impetus, and haven't spend a Dime!

Some sites you simply can't buy from at all due to ongoing CC merchant problems (eg. P.Markham, but also some others who only accept MasterCard and JBL, both of which I don't have), some sites are terrible to navigate (eg. Adult Content Zone - click "Preview" at any particular set and the main page jumps back up to the top so you lose focus of where you've been up to), others show you small over-compressed images as previews (smaller than I would publish on any tgp gallery) or tiny thumbnails where I (who needs reading glasses) can't see a thing (certainly not if there's a cum shot included), or you get 'broken image links' (no preview at all) or ... So the list goes on!

Hence here my list of what I expect of a decent content store:
· content sorted by category (and within category by features, eg. single models sorted by 'Toy', 'Blonde', 'Tiny Tits', 'Hairy Pussy', etc.)
· clear thumbnails of all pictures in a set (minimum 160 pixels long side, better 240 pixels) where I can see if the set contains real cum shots or only fake penetration.
· two or three un-compressed previews which actually feature at least in one the face and upper body of the model(s) - I don't like to buy a dildo series for a nice pussy when the girl shows a terrible facial expression all thru the series!
· I prefer to find the date of first publication so I don't buy what's two years old (actually: I have found a few sets which I would have bought would I know that they're relatively new).
· I also want to know if you're the second or third business publishing the same stuff (notice to JACT and AdCzech!) - I get pissed off and very suspicious if I find sets labbeled as 'new' which I know for ages or even have bought some two years ago.
· fast loading and easy to navigate! Bugger all the fancy Flash and graphics! You're not there to win a web design contest - you're there to get me quickly to where I want to spend my money!
· Don't favor pay site owners too heavily with the same packages!
Either have two lines of merchandise (one for tgp people and free sites, another one with some exclusive images/clips for paysites), or don't bug us little people with deals like "50% off if you spend 5 Grand"...
It'll help paysites retaining members if at least parts of their content can't be found on free galleries, and it helps us gallery people if we can advertise sites with exclusive content... Rather offer cheaper cut-down sets of some 30 pictures for gallery people, and full sets of 120+ for paysites.

Interesting, as a new provider of exclusive models, content and just about any other service the adult webmaster and site owner could need; i love seeing information like this.

I'm working to get the store to display 2-3 uncompressed images and a full contact sheet of the set. So I totaly jive with your point on that. Right now we have 1 uncompressed and I am totaly not happy with what at all.

I think design being functional is 100% important content is king after all.

I also have a complaint about content.

For all you content providers and photographers out there, you should have some sets available that actually look AMATEUR. Girls/Gay guys claim to be amateur, yet between all the fake backgrounds and cheesy props, the images look scanned right out of a magazine. All the "amateur" girls look so professional and it looks so staged. I think sometimes surfers prefer REAL amateur NATURAL looking, unairbrushed girls and guys, that look like their photos are actually from a web cam or from Polaroid.

Seriously, consider actually making some amateur content available, so it looks like it was taken of someone at home or wherever and not rehearsed in a studio with 9 lbs of make up on. :thumbsup

...for a good reason: I'm looking for 'Hardcore/Couple/Group' and you had none...
But as to my critisism: again your thumbs are too small for my liking (you would hardly get a tgp listing with these tiny thumbs - and you want to sell the images!), I checked only a few sets but I think this one is rather typical: from all the large previews (you call that large?)
· I don't get any idea about the guy's face or age
· if the girl's shaved or hairy
· what final image size/compression you will deliver

I know that I don't have a lot of content (I'm not reselling, only selling my own stuff) but the store will become bigger. I'm looking forward a huge update around October with a lot of hardcore content.

I'll assume that part is about me, we do have some boy/girl content being placed up on the store but honestly at the moment we usualy only shoot boy/girl for exclusive or video its just not worth it any other way.

Yes I am SOOOOOOOOOO aware of the slowdown, I'm working to eliminate it now. It has alot to do with the pictures we use as a FULL size sample and the program compresses it down to the little sample you see on the catalog on the fly OBVIOUSLY this is causing an issue as some of our samples are rather large. I'm hopeing the new image module will help mitigate the slowdowns.

No I haven't.... 99% of the content sites I have seen, were too professional for my needs. I would buy much more if the content looks "real". :thumbsup Also, follow ups with the models is nice too... :winkwink:
