DE incorporation

Who did it? How much did it cost you? Im checking out places online, but with all the scams around I dont know who to trust.
For now lawfirms in DE seem the most appealing

Any info or ideas?

thx

Did it 10 months ago with AIL ( see sig). About 450.00 but you can use their site and select want you want ( corp. mail fwd, phone line). Theuy also take care of documents when corp comes for filing ( feb-march).

No problem with them.

I said about 450.00. Now this is with everything, the EIN number and so on. If you want to do all that shit instead of doing what a webmaster should do, then sure you will pay under $ 200.00...

"pay peanuts and you will get a monkey"

Do it yourself for the incorporation fee with your state.

My Attorney told me these days there is no real advantage to incorporating in Delaware compared to your home state, especially if you're doing an S Corp.

I suggest you look for a new attorney.

I can incorporate you in DE for significantly less than $450. Hit me up.

I don't need to be incorporated, I already am. But please, do fill me in on the advantages of a Delaware corp.

Your attorney is correct.

Certain states (DE, Nevada, etc.) would like you to incorporate there, and will not charge you annual taxes PROVIDED you do NO business there.

However, you will STILL have to register in your state as a "foreign" corporation and pay all the usual taxes, no advantage.

Not much incentive to incorporate in Delaware unless you are planning a felony (offshore bank accounts, tax evasion, etc, and even then a DE corp is of no actual value).

Thanks

I was just checking out Harvard Business, they had a link on the State website.
So $500 would be a normal fee then

Lots of into on their site too
