We are about to file a lawsuit against Duane Hanson(aka sploogeworks, aka east coast media).

He has left us with $5000.00 plus bill.

He contracted with you to design the sites:

We are the actual company that did the work, he contracted with us to do the work.

Once the lawsuit is filed, we will be putting a workmans lien against the web sites.

My ICQ is 170981918. I want to resolve this matter out of court by urging Duane to simply pay his bills.
