I was referred to this guy because he apparently was the best of the best in the adult biz....here we go:

Chris Wilson: I heard you were looking for a consultant or something for some sites you have. Hit me up when u have some time and maybe we can work something out ?

Me: Chris, sounds good please let me know your rates?

Chris Wilson: I usually charge companies 500.00/month for consultation fees, but if that is out of your budget I can take 300.00/month and some traffic from your site. Such as placing some of my galleries and such..

It would be a per month thing so no contract or anything. If you don't want advice for a month or so no problem.

Well I will be honest w/ you. There are two basic ways to so it, you can put in loads of money or loads of time. It won't happen overnight unless you are willing to spend a small fortune (10k or so) So what you have to substitute money for is time.

Yes having a site already helps but you still need to make it work for you, so that takes time. I wish I could a better number as in sales or money but I can't. To many variables. I can assure you it will be more than you have now though =)

Paypal is fine or money order is ok too. Whatever you prefer. Hit me up tomorrow and we can work it out. I will give you AIM and ICQ handles so you can reach me.

hard road with this site if you expect to just makes sales overnight. I am going to revise my opinion a little and say that with your current ability's as they are and the current assets you have in this industry, the best advice I can give you would to be sell. This advice only comes as a straight business decision with nothing personal involved.

His advice was pretty insightful, I'm afraid. stickyhq.com doesn't work, and the other two are nothing more than fpa's with free galleries to screw up conversion ratios. :2 cents:

Your sites definitely need some work and some guidance which he could have given for the $300 he got.
I dont know where you get your traffic from but if you are aiming for search engines you better read up on links,Dmoz,PR and keyword text.

And these guys are acting like this isn't the norm. True for several k you can get pretty graphs, charts, and a report but "sell your sites" doesn't really require that much info. :1orglaugh

analvalley has a blatant spelling mistake on the front page, and it and megacock are riddled with grammatical errors.

I'm ignoring the fact that they suck because everybody's already told you that. I'm not judging that.

first thing I would do is hire somebody who knows what marketing is who can write you some good copy.

then I would get someone who knows english to go over that copy.

I think that $300 was well spent. It was to discourage you from shelling out thousands for these sites which will result in you losing even more money.
