Finally some good news from iBill (Europe)
 

Just got this from my iBill acct. rep.:

I've just been told by ibill support that they are not being released:

'Unfortunately reserves are being held by our merchant bank indefinetly.
We will keep you posted as to any updates when they happen'

So whats the deal - are they being released for some and not others ?

On the Aug 27 D-Money show Ibill said they would finally be releasing EU merchant reserves on the 19th.

I haven't heard anything from our rep about this yet one way or another. Did you email your rep and ask?

I haven't heard from my rep again ... so I assume it's true what she had said and my reserves are going to be paid.

I've emailed them 4 days ago, was ignored , emailed again yesterday and that was the reply I got.

It doesn't look good :(

I only use them for rebills now, but its still a considerable amount of money they are witholding - it would be nice to one day get a clear answer from them about *anything* !

If anyone from ibill reads this perhaps they could give us Euro bods a REAL answer ?

I've now had an answer to my original email sent 5 days ago !

Guess what - it contradicts the one I received more recently and says:

'I went ahead and forwarded your request to our payables department and they stated that the reserves will indeed be
released as scheduled on the September 19th payout.'

So I guess they will be paying...maybe...

Ibill sucks!

Was it all reserves uptil now that was frosen or only reserves from one payout?

The info I have is it will be the two months that are unpaid plus the current month. Three months of reserves..Maui here I come!
