My lawyer told me if you use UPS or Fed Ex you are safe but that wasnt for the sale of shitting videos lol. It was for girl girl and solo girl stuff. If they hadnt used the us mail it would of made it harder to get them, using the US mail for obscene videos is a crime but people are lazy and want to keep shipping costs down. I can see it , we had a clothing business throwing something in a priority mail envelope is much easier then dealing with FED ex or UPS.

From a business perspective, I agree with Greg... it's just not worth it to push the boundaries in that way. The risks are far greater than the rewards.
