FedEx Fucked Up
Yes they are laying off 14,000 employees and fucking their customers.
I want everyone here to try calling 800-GO-FEDEX (800-463-3339) and post how long it took to get to a live person. Test their new system FUCCCCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKED UP! |
WOW man, that's lame. I've been loving Fed Ex here, I hope that they don't make a mistake that's gonna fuck up their routine

I'm finding that to be pretty much true of many companies these days...
Their automated systems are making it hard for me to stay on the phone that long. Five phone calls....and an hour waiting...and, I still didn't get to talk to someone from my home warranty insurance place.... It's getting pretty frustrating... Although, on a positive note...I actually talked to two..count 'em, two live people at PayPal today..and in a relatively short period of time....Not only that...but the situation was resolved... |
Have you guys used fedex.com ?? We sometimes overnight 50 packages a week (which is quite small for some sextoy people and such on this board) and we use the regular web site that anyone can use and I don't think we have ever had to call them. Hell, they even deliver the supplies that you need to your door.
Another reason that we use Fedex is because ATL is a huge hub for them so I can take a package to the Fedex Drop Box at the airport until 11pm tonight and it will get there tomorrow morning.....gotta love that :) Sorry...won't get any Fedex bashing out of me :thumbsup --T |

WIth the advent of the Net, E-Mail, and Faxing, FedEX's future growth became very limited.
I used to use them all the time for sending legal documents on business deals. Now you can just fax or e-mail everything. Times change. |
Funny you mention this..I recently had a major problem with fedex. And had to surf their phone menu many times...try this next time.
Its all verbal...at the first menu say, "three" the next say "zero" the next say "help" the next say "more help" and you're in... Their whole syste went down for 2 days due to the blaster worm too... The lost 2 of our packages...now I have to file a claim on their asses...they know they fucked up...but they want me to file a claim in hopes I'll forget about it...cockholsters. |

Funny this thread should popup. I just bitched them out because I sent out a check yesterday, overnight express and checked the tracking this afternoon and they sent it out express saver....3 freakin DAYS, what the fuck shit. It is now in memphis instead of where it should be.

Oh I've hated FedEx for about a year now. Somehow they made it in the Top 10 Most Admired Companies...pfft. Bullshit, that company is horrible! They have lost so much shit, screwed up many packages, I boycott FedEx at all costs.

The last 3 monthes before switching to UPS, Out of 200 giantlure orders in those 3 monthes they fucked up about 20% of them... Broken shit, Wrong House, Lost |
