As some of you are aware I sold my porn business approaching a year ago...and retained X percentage of the income derived from that business for X number of years. I have now accepted a cash payment in lieu of that percentage and no longer have any connection with that business.

Since the sale of my business...I began to dabble in a few small XXX sites and I have now shut them down. I am now free of any connection with the porn business.

I still have a couple of mainstream sites and I am beginning work on a new main stream site that I estimate will be an 18 month project to get off of the ground. So I will still be able to occupy my time.

Ahh...the clueless one...strikes. For those that are not aware...the "palace" that he speaks of was a four bedroom-two bath-three car garage-home that I bought when I left the Army. I paid $261,000 for it and sold it about eleven years later for $456,000. I was a bachelor then and I am still a bachelor...so the home was adequate for me then and would still be adequate for me now. On the other hand the clueless one would not post a pic of his home or even provide a value for his home...assuming that he even owns a home.

The law will, and does, take action against folks whether they have left the biz or not. I can think of two such scenarios. One where they are letting the rope lengthen re "associates" - that's been going on around 18 months, but actually goes back about 5 years. The other is where they have other priority cases to handle - nobody is going anyplace :-)

But I doubt anyone has the time or inclination to prosecute a "normal" webmaster after he has left the biz. There are a few nice high profile candidates to deal with and also a good sampling of "newbies" for easy convictions.
