I think it might be less of a crime these days if you would have asked for a reliable source for a kilo of coke a day.

"By private, exclusive, proxies" - you mean freshly hacked/trojaned boxes that you can do mailings from right?

People doing this are shitting where they eat.

In the end all it's going to do is get you heavily fined, locked up, and/or have the industry so heavily regulated that only the biggest players will survive.

If you were to setup a new Hotmail or AOL account and enter your birthdate as a minor, you would probably wind up with 100 adult spams before the week is up.

What does this say about our industry?

Yet we still get mad and :321GFY the gov, visa/mc and anyone else who tries steps in to regulate us when we don't regulate ourselves.

Here...here. The general lack of ethics, spammers, scammers, warez, and purveyors of fradulent products( Penis pills, HGH, etc)
are ultimately the cause of a lot of the problems with visa/MC and the feds. Sadly, it seems like a lot of this behavior is accepted, if not encouraged by many of the big players on this board, and the ethical web masters trying to do business honestly, and not fuck over their customers or colleagues, and lumped in with the rest of the dirtbags....... :(

If FBI was smart enough, they would setup dummy PC's to monitor these trojans. Simply by installing all the email attachments and watching who is using the PC as a proxy. I cant believe they are so imcompetent that they cant do this.
