Well i saw her online a few times over the weeks just when i need her she's gone.

Im wondering how a ratio of 1:362 the one week can go up to 1:2236 (raw 1:4000) the next week (for a friggin free signup!)

And what also annoys me is that i cannot see where the signups come from.

We were about to do biz with head of WEG Cash who is easy to contact and he repeatedly delegated to Tonda to sort out payment and despite numerous emails and icq's we couldn't get her to dot the I and cross the T. 10 months later we have heard nothing. Is that professional? Not where I come from! :1orglaugh

I don't know were your coming from.. I have been with WEGCash for over 8 months now...

I have talked to Gabe on the phone Many Many times. He is always there for a question..if he can't answer it Tonda is always there.

Gabe is on AIM all the time.
Tonda is on ICQ/AIM
Jeff who is payment support is always on aim.
They are super fast with me. I had a problem with my payment
once they wen't the whole 9 yards to find out who cashed my check. Turned out it was the girlfriend.

WEGCash is Top Notch.

Do you realize it is Sunday here, was like 80 degrees, sunny, etc..
Heck if I was an employee of someone's..the last place youd catch me is on the computer on a weekend..

Maybe try bumping on a Monday?

I have never had a problem reaching Tonda by ICQ or by phone. In fact I'm always amazed at how quickly she always seems to answer.

But as someone said, I don't try on weekends or in the middle of the night either. :)

Tondas always helped me out. She's top notch.

I doubt that, if she had, she would have responded. I get her on ICQ Mon - Fri about 9am - 6pm. Even after the party the other night she was online bright and early.

Gabe and Tonda are kick ass people and always there for webmasters! I consider them friends as well as a great source of money.

IMHO Weg rocks.

I will state it again for you. The head of WEG Cash told us numerous times he had told Tonda to go ahead and pay for the advertising he wanted to do with us. Tonda said she was organising it and then no response.

It is not the way we do biz. I guess she is working on the law of averages. :thumbsup

Firehorse, um, anyone who thinks they can rely on ICQ working all the time and as the primary conduit for doing business is just fooling themselves; it's much too unreliable. If you're doing real business, use email or preferrably that antiquated gadget known as the telephone. Just my :2 cents: .

Just as an FYI...ICQ would not allow me to speak with Firehorse today however, I did hunt down his wife Kitty and spoke with her. The whole issue was due to confusion and everything has been resolved. Those that know me know that I am one of the most helpful and most reliable person in this industry. For those of you that stood up for me and our program I must say...Thank you!

I've noticed when trying to talk w/ Tonda on icq via trillian some of my / her messages get lost in transit. It always seems like one of us is ignoring the other or something.

Dravyk, this is all resolved now. The inference that we have tried to ONLY contact Tonda or anyone esle at WEG Cash on weekends or in the middle of the night over the course of the last 6 to 8 months is humourous to say the least. I think this thread being on a weekend doesn't indicate that exclusively either. :2 cents:
