Just spoke with my friend and I will make it as short as possible:


He has his g/f living at his house. He was arguing with her and shit and at the same time her cousin called the phone. She answered and said she couldnt talk they were arguing and so on.

So the cousin was at a white trash bar 5 min away , roles up to his house, comes to the door.... she answers tell him to leave and next you know he barges in and starts beating my friend up.
He got hit 12 times , took to the hospital and so on. There is a APB out on this guy as he has dissapeared and so on...

Now you must know what i told my frined that we should do and so on to the cousin, but secondly I did not tell him this and he should realize this for himself that he should tell the slut to pack her shit and get the fuck out. He asked me what I would have done in this situation....I told him that

A: I would have told the bitch to leave
B: My brothers would have taken care of it cause they are a bunch of wackos and so on....

Sounds like what happened to me when i was visiting my sister. Her fucked up boyfriend comes over all drunk bangin on the door late at night. Yes it was my stupid fault for opening the door. He comes in talkin real firm like whos on the phone? Ive been tryin to get ahold of my girl for an hour the line is busy. I said i am, and said if your gonna be loud you gotta leave. All of asudden he rushed me got me down on the kitchen floor face down with his knee in my back and my arms under my chest. He punched me in the back of the head like 8-12 times i seen purple flashes with my eyes closed. Hes yellin you gonna tell me to get out of my girls house bitch? Sayin your gonna stay off the phone right bitch? I said alright man sorry (yes i bitched out so he would stop) He got off me and ran like a fuckin pussy, also dropped a pocket knife on the kitchen floor. For some stupid reason i was soooooo enraged i punched a big ass fuckin dent in the front door on my way out after him. Mean while my right hand is blown up like a balloon and im goin after him thinkin fuck im right handed:1orglaugh He was hidin behind his truck people where holdin me back. He got away in his truck. Till this day nothing has been done in retalition to him but i do think about how he got all those hits in and did nothing. If he IS on probation eddie, a suspended would be even better. ANY crime whether its little or big, buy you the time withheld plus time for any new charges. YOu can also talk to his Prob officer confidentially and tell him things, so this guys is shaken down every time he breathes.

The words of advice are this. Find yourself an attorney, like right this second. This can be really big money if you want it, and you'd be a fool not to capitalize off this. You can have a civil suit and be awarded like a HUGE chunk of his wages for a long-ass time. And of course he'll probably do some time because he's violated his probation.

Anyway, this is a pretty easily won case. You should have fun fucking that guy for all he's worth.
