anyone have or can program script that can do the following.

Randomly Choose Galleries That i have added threw and admin interface and display them on the page.

now each gallery must have its own custom descrition and should only be listed once every 48 hours minimum.

now it should allow me to add new gallerys view gallery stats and delete gallerys from the pool.

it wont be handling webmaster submissions, just private gallery that i have built myself or pre-paid gallery spots.

i should also be able to set MAX amount of hits delivered to the gallery (but this fucntion should be optional in each gallery)

anyone have or can make a script that does everything, start to finish?
create good domain name, setup accounts, trade traffic, create galleries and submit them to every site on the net
ill give you $50 for it if you make it

I don't think it has the max hits delivered, but if you contact the script creator, he can probably add it in.
