Why do Dialer companies hide contact info?

I'm wondering why most dialer companies seem to hide their contact info on their websites? I haven't seen one of them that shows address listed.

Most Dialers show all contact info...maybe your going though a reseller?

under about us there is contact info for EVERYTHING.
