Re-reading Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance

Are you romantic or classical?

Charlotte Joko Beck's "Now Zen" is also a great read.

A lot of people say that book is great. Never read it myself. I read about 2 books a week or so. Highly recommended?

Oh yeah, and Albert Camus's The Stranger as well.

So many meaningful things that pass us by in our pursuit of the almighty dollar.

Forrest E. Morgan's "Living the Martial Way".... great book. A life changer.

Read The Stranger when I was about 16 and going through my Existentialist phase. Wasn't all that impressed really. Zen and the Art of motorcycle maintenance existentialist influenced?

Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance has been on my list of books to read for decades but I just never get around to it. I'm sure it kicks ass, though I hear it's kind of depressing.

Another good book is Richard Bach's "Illusions" - quick read, very metaphysical but makes ya think about things. Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy though I've only listened to the BBC broadcasts of the series, and still intend on reading the books.
