It's legal here too. Don't use it though, there's something about paying for sex that just seems pathetic (combine that idea with being single and a dislike for one night stands, and you have my life).

Legal in Australia, but there are still plenty of girls on the street soliciting illegally. We were driving through St Kilda (in Melbourne) last night, and saw about 7. Most were dressed in fishnets or short shorts even though it was 10pm in the middle of winter: 10 degrees C (about 50F). It's fun to drive past, watch them play with their hair and try to look sexy so I'll stop, then they see my fiancee in the passenger seat. :1orglaugh

If I remember correctly, it's not legal anywhere in Las Vegas, but it is legal in some other parts of Nevada. I think the closest brothel to Las Vegas is an hour or so away.

Postitution itself isn't illegal in the UK. It's the shit load of laws surrrounding it from soliciting to 'living off immoral earnings' that make it almost impossible to legally practice.
