you will be better off going directly to somewhere like Vodafone or Carphone Warehouse and getting yourself signed up as a supplier rather than trying to find someone who can just supply cell phones.

Unless you can get Tri-Band phones from the US of course, they will work in the UK :thumbsup

But just having a supplier of cell phones will do you nothing unless you can actually get the phones connected to a network, given the laws pertaining to telecommunications in the UK this isnt always as easy as it sounds ;)
