The truth is, ProStock, and his little buddy Fresh, owe us over $700 for services rendered. I have emails and ICQ's from them, singing our praises...check this out:

I find it funny (but sad), that when this little bitch decides to stiff us on cash, the blame then shifts to us. I'll dig up those pics Prostock is whining about, and you'll see, they aren't screen caps. Little bastard fucked with them and posted them.

If you plan on doing business with Prostock EVER, get all your money up front. And hire an interpreter because he talks like Mr. Miyagi on speed.

As for Mutt, never did anything to this miserable prick...he's just a competitive asshole trying to sqeeze our business. We have tons of repeating clients who are happy with our work. And we are 100% straight up. If we say exclusive, then it is exclusive. No bullshit. Just because we can underbid you, doesn't mean that we're lying to our clients. If you have so many great returning clients, why do you resort to ICQ spam? Most of the great producers I know hardly need to advertise and they surely don't need to fish for business. Why? Because they're rock solid and consistently deliver what they promised.

As for Mutt... hell, I like Mutt. He's a real nice guy and can hook you up with not only great photographers, but also fresh models. The quality is great and the price is right...

sounds like the same deal as another lowballing content company - people found out later their 'exclusive' content wasn't so exclusive.

i didn't ask Joe which ones - he just told me that a client wasnt happy to see his exclusive content shot for him by Joe on some other content provider's site.

Just to be clear...

- Joe is great guy. And a good business man. I think he delivers some of the best content for the dollar period. We have worked many shoots together where we have split the content. We have equal rights to the content as per our agreement. And by the way, we have not sold this content to anyone yet. It is only on my site. And I am saying all this about him even though he owes me $700.

- Wanton Girls. Excellent content, excellent service. More expensive than others but they deliver.

- Mutt. Don't know him. Don't know his content. Don't care.

- Others...who cares...there is enough work for everyone!


Bottom Line...GFY is a board. You get what you get. Personally we are very happy with the growth of our business and will continue to grow and improve the quality.

Yeah we split rights to some shoots. About 7 if i remember right. I didnt give Vic permission to go to my AMA Models site and take the pics of Sugar and put them on your site. Those were exclusive pics where I got permission to use them on my site only.

I deal with Prostock on an almost daily basis and I can tell you that money is not a big worry for him. At worst this is some sort of misunderstanding.

I talk like Benicio Del Toro in the Usual Suspects so I can understand him just fine. Whatdofa.

Just for the record...we did give him a discount. And give him hi-res dig images too. He is just showing some sample pics from video.
Prostock was getting large amounts of content from us including edited exclusive video (yes it is exclusive). Tons of pics, watermarked promos for his site, and more.
He is pissed because I told him last night that I couldn't do anymore exclusive content and all the edits, etc, at the prices he wanted.
I was going to try to do more business with him but not now.
