Based on recent closures of other billing companies we understand if you are concerned about stability. However, we would like to put your concerns to rest. Other billing companies have ceased their operations due to two things:

a. high chargeback ratios in the VISA/MasterCard region they are operating (i.e., where the billing companies related to this got high fines for each chargeback that occurred) and/or

b. branding issues with VISA/MasterCard related to non-mainstream Adult Entertainment. VISA and MasterCard don't want to be affiliated with websites that bear content that is forbidden in the United States or in any country in Western Europe.

Verotel?s risk management department watches both issues on all webmasters. To continue our effort we will launch a change in our chargeback policy where we will provide bonuses for webmasters that are under a certain chargeback ratio.
