Probably true, but you cannot get your teeth completely white without that, regardless how much you brush.
On the other hand, when you brush it often after brite smile, then they will perhaps stay white.
That is what I thought.

Using Baking Soda and Hydrogen Peroxide without diluting it does wonders. You'll notice a difference after a few days. It tastes nasty but it's about 499.00 cheaper. :2 cents:

try mixing in carbon monoxide and rubbing alcohol with your toothpaste.. that should do the trick

Youre better off getting bleaching trays that you can use forever..

it works great - makes a huge difference - if you can afford it, do it.

Had it done at my dentist's office about 4 years ago and again just recently.

I had it done a couple of months ago. My teeth were pretty white to begin with, only a couple of shades from the whitest on the chart.

They did get off the charts white afterward.

I do drink alot of coffee and I agree that they will not stay white as long if you drink dark drinks.

I would recommend getting the bleaching trays to use afterward. I did not do that and I wish I did. I think its like a $100 more or something like that.

Overall, I was/am happy with the results and would recommend it :)
