NORFOLK -- A city man was indicted Wednesday on charges that he murdered two infants 16 years ago while sexually abusing them.

Indictments say Tyrone Marcus Lee, 33, accidentally killed 11-month-old Jerome Donta Kearney and 7-month-old Ladina L. Johnson ``while in the commission of aggravated sexual battery.''

Sexually assaulting an 11-month old boy and a 7-month old girl, and so badly that he *killed* them while doing it.

Actually the death penalty is too merciful.
This fucker needs to be ripped apart slowly with a dull knife after being ass-raped by about 3,000 very well-hung men who like it rough.

There is no punishment imaginable to properly suit this crime.

TOTALLY! In Jail, his life would be as tortured as the last minutes of those poor kids life. He'd be brutalized by the prison population and wind up dead anyway, slowly instead of mercifully sticking him with a needle and putting him to sleep.

General Pop has a nice code of vengeance, but eventually they'd get bored with him or some fresh meat would come in. Then we'd just be paying to support him for the rest of his days.

What in the hell makes people DO stuff like this? I swear there is something like this every day on the news here in Hampton Roads concerning parents killing their children. It really scares me. Not a day goes by that there's not some type of story about it.

Here is the problem I have with the Death Penalty... It is too fast. I mean a guy commits this horrible crime and is then put to death and BAM it is over for him. He doesn't have to think about it, he doesn't have to sit somewhere with nothing to do and let his choices weigh on his mind. He is not tortured and then brought back to full health only to be tortured again.

I am at a loss on these issues. Because someone like this should be tortured and made to live through years of pain! Just like all the years of pain they have created. At the same time I want scum like this just removed from the planet as they serve no purpose to the betterment of mankind.

Oh what to do.

This guy definatley doesn't deserve the death penalty... he deserves much worse.

I agree that the death penalty is too merciful... but since people exacting righteous vengeance are treated more criminally than the criminal himself, the death penalty is all we've got.

What really crack me up is people complaining that certain methods of death are not humane..
