How about:

http://www.ip-sorter.com/

We use it on two of our servers, and it kicks ass.

My programmer recommended this one to me. He has used it on a few projects and says it works very well.

I was wondering the same thing. Or maybe even in the httpd.conf file.

Did find these though:

IP-Sorter is an app that sits on top of the maxmind premium data (and includes it in the price), and allows you to easily create redirects, and integrate high performance geo targeting within your own scripts.

100% C :)

you can filter via language in htaccess like this ....

RewriteCond %{HTTP:Accept-Language} ^de [NC]
RewriteRule ^(.*) http://www.your-site.com

RewriteCond %{HTTP:Accept-Language} ^it [NC]
RewriteRule ^(.*) http://www.your-site.com

RewriteCond %{HTTP:Accept-Language} ^es [NC]
RewriteRule ^(.*) http://www.your-site.com

RewriteCond %{HTTP:Accept-Language} ^fr [NC]
RewriteRule ^(.*) http://www.your-site.com

and just keep going for all the different languages.

:thumbsup
