I need a paysite manager
 

That supports multipul paysites.

I need to be able to upload the content into one place on my server and share it over different sites.

I need to be able to mix and match content for different sites and also each site needs to be able to support its own template or atleast its own top image.

Customized banners and links for each site would be a plus

Anyone know of anything like this?

Oh yeah, it also needs to support both images and movies.

A-Conman was design specifically for adult webmasters. Do a search here and you'll find it. It's open source so someone will have fun playing.

I've been toying with Postnuke for the backend for a large AVS site I'm putting together. It's got all the gallery and banner admin features as well as some modules to keep surfers occipied and clicking. Check out PortalZine for the best addons and modules.

We have a custom program that runs all our sites though one admin. Very easy and fast to use. Supports every thing you mentioned above, plus all mail functions, stats and several other useful tools.
