1st. You will get zero definitive info, US law is gray and vague.
2nd. I would stay away from that type of content yet if your persistant finish reading.

Ok general summary. Read into California Vs. Miller. That will give you the basic overview of what you need to not be obscene.

From there pissing and fisting both were found non obscene in an Ohio Case see Vs. Maplethorp. This is just one case that was prosecuted very poorly.

Incest would be ussually found illegal but would be challengable in nearly any court. Costly though, and then implied incest would basicly have the same protection as virtual CP by the supreme court.

I am pretty sure there has been no notable scat cases and that could/would get ya busted.
