I've heard that if I use freesite name the same as paysite I am promoting, I won't get listed on many LinkLists.

How many LL"s inforce this rule?

why not just name it something similar?

I agree with you.
it's just I wanted to use the name/logo of the paysite on my freesites so the surfer won't see the big different between sites when he clicks on the ad.
