It's all about developing targeted traffic. When you can convert sites like that off exits.. you have two things:

1.) A great site that fits your niche

2.) Great niche targeted traffic.

There are several of us proving that otherwise everyday. Hell Perfectioncash quadrupled our sales this summer over last summer. We have already passed (first seven months), our total sales of last year and based on fall projections, we should triple our last year earnings this year. Yeah.... "teen is dead". hehe

There are several teen sponsors out there now that have made HUGE steps forward over the last year. Dormangels, wow18, sweetcuties, wootwootcash & tnacash just to list a few. "Teen" is growing at a very steady rate. Maybe not at the rate it did when Lightspeed hit the trail, but to this day, it is still growing faster then most any other niche. Given Lightspeed's size its hard hard to beleive that they can continue to grow and expand at the rate they are, but they do, like crazy. Just another example of the life and staying power of teh teen niche. Lightspeed is a great example to us smaller programs... its all about staying the course. Steve is a great example of that!

Anyways.. Back the this thread.

We have run her exit now for 38 hours. We have sent 4967 frontpage clicks, with 50 full, no trial sales. Ratio is 1:99.34. We have never been over 1:100 yet. It's my understanding that she has done another 100 plus sign ups on her own in her first two days. By the way...thanks for the $700.00 Kelly! :)

As with all sites.... its all about the source and niche of the traffic. This may not be the case for you, but if you are just sending unfiltered adult traffic, you can't expect to convert at the same rate as someone with very speific teen/amateur traffic.

I gotta tell you man.. this is the best post i have read of yours.. well thought out, not many spelling errors and no spam! My hat is off to you!! :thumbsup

Well thanks Dax! True enough! My biggest flaw is that I did not have the chance to grow up on a computer. Typing is not my strong suit at all. Most of my spelling errors are due to turned around letters within a word (teh aka the) is my favorite it seems. When I slow down and pay attention I do fine, trouble is, I don't have time to slow down. Maybe I should! :Graucho

I spoke to Steve yesterday, they are VERY generous when it comes to paying models. Teen Kelly missed the boat on this one.

i wasn't aware that the girl Kelly already had a relationship with TNA before Internext. I thought she was a total free agent and everybody was bidding on her to get her to do a site with their companies - under that situation she'd be best with Lightspeed but apparently that wasn't the situation.
