Anyone else getting 5 of these email spams per hour?

saw people on AWI posting they are getting like 900 and 700 of these.

5 an hour? you are lucky. I've had over 200 today just to one email addy alone. It isn't even one connected to my adult sites - it is my mainstream webmaster address. I know it is because it is connected to a gamer site...it gets atleast five virus emails aday anyway but since yesterday it has been nuts.

I am getting about 20 of them an hour!

I think it is supposed to be a variant of the "SoBig" worm.

It started yesterday for me, and I am damn tired of deleting 100's of emails evertime I check my email. :feels-hot

I am actually getting about 25 so far maybe 1-2 an hour.
I am getting it to my main email that I only give to people I know mainstream site.

That's that kinda worm that harvests emails from cached webpages and pastes them into From: field .

I'm fed up with this crap. My mail program is set to conenct every 5 minutes, and each time there's at least 10 of these fuckers sitting in there. Currently I'm using MailWasher which automatically detects these and labels them as viruses, however, since this thing spoofs the FROM address, i'm also getting spammed from postmasters worldwide telling me: 'my message could not be sent'.

My computer has not been infected, the problem is the morons out there that don't run a protection program who spreading this thing.

I HATE email these days. If anyone has any other solutions besides mailwasher let me know. At this point i'd be willing to pay for something that can guarantee i won't have to worry about viruses, trojans, or blasters.

yes just in an hour, i already received 15 spam e-mails with a subject like that...
