this idea is really good and really serious, chargebacks 1% only apply to the porn sites right not just regular sites?

sorry I meant regular sites etc, that dont normally have to worry about charge backs, they don't have the 1% limit correct?

What difference does it make whether or not mainstream sites have higher c/b thresholds? In case you haven't noticed, the people here sell porn.

Seems to me they don't give a shit WHO is charging back they just want to stop the chargebacks. I would guess the 1% limit is universal.

chargebacks suck, i can go buy something for 500$ and call up visa and say i never got it and they will refund my money

There *was* something called high- and low- rick merchants. As far as I know, every new merchant that smells like Internet is considered high risk and therefore at 1%.

I thought with credit-cards the holder is responsible for 50$ and under..

I don't beleive anyone has ever been charged $50 or below.
I understand it says it in all the forms, but the card holder never
pays a dime.

1% applies to ALL sites that process online from clothing stores to adult. a customer can chargeback a $1.00 if he/she chooses to and the end user (you) is responsible for it.
