Anybody know who OTE Developement USA, Inc. is? They stopped payment on my check :(
 

Does anybody know who this company is?

The details are as follows:

OTE Developement USA, Inc.
1255 Treat. Blvd. Third Floor
Walnut Creek, CA 94597

Their bank is Bank of America.

The check was for under $100 but the amount was deducted from my bank account and I was charged a $5 fee

Can anyone give me some information so I can figure out what the deal is?
