Don't know from what date you consider them new...
But a few weeks ago they where no good. |
Well, now that they have a new owner, their support seems to be 10 times worse. I've about had it!

since the buyput support has been very very good as compared to a month or two ago, second uptime has been very good as well. third they encourage you now to call the NOC and talk to them for support.
i am going to stay with them reason why? cause evry host will have glitches here and there its a given , over 2 plus years with them and overall it has been pleasant |
I have to admit that since the buyout my support tickets have actually been done much quicker then before. The old support team took over 30 days to make a small change, and the new support team did a major change in a little under a day and went beyond what I had in the ticket when they saw a configuration that was off and fixed it.

I have seen much better support with the new management. From what I understand they are aggresively seeking more techs to hire. At least they have not been spamming thier shit everywhere and hiring more sales reps before they get the tech issues resolved. The horse appears to still be in front of the carriage so to speak. Last 2 weeks no downtime for me, they upgraded my CTTS server yesterday and it's humming along just great. I think it is worth sticking with them, noticed they came out with some great new prices and capped bandwidth servers now also
