Well after Eric P and Elabs let me down (took project but now suddently have no time) I am in need of a programmer for the following project:

Ok the following is what is required for project name ?DelBoyDave?.

The windows application will load and require a preset login and password for authorization, admission should be blocked unless this login and password is entered.

Once access is granted should be presented with 2 buttons.

Direct Clients , 3rd Party Clients.

These are 2 completely separate databases but accessible from the same program.

Direct Clients

2 options appear when this button clicked:

?Add Client? User should be able to add as many clients as he wants following fields are needed :

Mandatory: Client Name , Client Address, Telephone Number,

Optional: Notes

?Search For Client? User can search using any input, search is conducted on clients name.

After a search a page displaying ?search results? is shown, this will show a list of clients who matched the search query. Search results should show like this:

Search result query for ?smith?.

Peter Smith , Personal Details, Invoice Client, View Work Done,

?Personal Details? The user would then click one of the above , if he clicked ?Personal Details? it would take him to the clients page showing their personal information we added earlier on ?Add client?, all fields on this page should be editable.

?Invoice Client? following fields would need entering.

Patient Name (pre-defined)

Following fields get added by the USER:

Date completed / job description / units / total price


Once they have inputted everything required they should be able to ?PRINT OUT? & ?ADD TO WORK DONE?.

?View Work Done? This page shows the list of work done and the invoices that have been sent to the client. Page would look like this:

Work done for ?client name?:

Showing in date order:

Date completed / job description / units / total price / View invoice here /

Can be unlimited entries, all the total prices should be added up to provide a TOTAL £ amount of work done for client.

3rd Party Clients

2 options appear.

?Add dentist? , ?View dentists?

If ?Add dentist? is clicked then following fields need filling in by user:

Mandatory: Dentists Name, Address, Telephone Number,

Optional: Fax Number, any notes on dentist.

If ?View Dentists? is clicked should show a list of all the dentists which have been added in alphabetical order, showing like this:

Name, Dentist info, Add patients, View patients, Invoice Dentist, Total Work Done

If ?dentist info? is clicked it shows the dentists information which was added earlier this can be edited if needed.

If ?Add patients? is clicked then the user can add a patient who is UNDER this dentist (please note the 3rd party client database does NOT in anyway interact with the Direct Clients although some things are similar?.

Following fields are needed.

Mandatory: Patient Name , Patient Address, Telephone Number,

Optional: Notes, then the last field is ?picture notes? user should be able to upload a .jpg picture to the clients details.

If ?View patients? is clicked then it should show a list of patients that are under that particular dentist in alphabetical order like this:

Patient name, Patient info

Unlimited number of entries. The user can then click ?patient info? and look at the information and edit if need be.

If ?Invoice dentist? is clicked then the user should be able to invoice the dentist for work done.

Fields needed would be:

Automatically filled: Dentist name, Dentist address
