what new niche? webcams and im's together have been around for awhile... just not on aim/aol since aol is /(or 'was') not allowed to spice up their im service with live video or anything fancy unless they made their shit interoperable with the other messenger services..... aol wasnt gonna open their shit up to msn or yahoo but i guess something is being worked out now.
