Daz, I just downloaded a vid.. A teen one I think. On playback, it's really jerky. Maybe I just need another codec? It would put me off though matey thinking they were all like that.

Looks nicer than most sites. My biggest complaint is the navigation. Sometimes the navigation is on the left, sometimes its at the top. The left navigation changes depending on where you are in the site making things a little confusing.

Very nice work! The two things I noticed that I would do different is as follows:

A) On the model archive you have it split with page links. Because this will eventually get to be a very large number I would suggest as follows in replace of the links titled 1 2 3...Left align a select box with pages that will let them select. This will keep the page listing into a constained area without it getting to long and cluttered. Because this will make it a drop more difficult to navigate right align a next/previous button. An example of this approach would be in the following image.

Additionally, if I am correct the University Dormatory link from Xamo will automatically redirct to the referring page once the popup was launched. If you link it to target=YOUR_MAIN_FRAME there will be no blank window loaded.

The members area looks great. Easy to navigate, good content. But it doesn't really match any of the tours you listed. The main tour struck me as a gay site right off the bat too.

I must agree the navigation is a bit confusing, or basicaly top navigation should be more visible.. And in my opinion updates should be on the front page or updates should be the front page it self..

however, to make it very surfer friendly, I think the MN update and schedule section should have links to the specific pages that are updated.

for example:
