Pepsi Vanilla is really good, well the diet is anyway. Haven't tried the regular. I used to only drink Diet Dr. Pepper, but the Diet Pepsi Vanilla blows Dr. P outta the water. It's all I buy now.

I agree. Whenever I get a quart to go at QuikTrip, I always put a splash of vanilla in my Pepsi. Good shit!

lol, true, i remember reading a old popular science magazine that was published back in the 50's introducing Vanilla Coke.

vanilla coke just recently launched in the UK and it is far from a failure. We are sure they put something addictive in it.

over here you know something is popular when the supermarkets do their own generic version. Saw generic vanilla cola last week at Asdas (supermarket)..wasn't diet so I couldn't try it but they are usually pretty close taste wise and about 1/3 the price.

I've not tried vanila coke, but it's a mixed response in Australia, some people like it, others don't.. it smells like cream soda to me

Most of what you gave me was speculation about the possible outcome. Allright, 50% of people don't like it. But it's still a lot of people. We are talking about a fucking huge market there.. Trust me, if pepsi is going to release it's own version, they have the NUMBERS and it's not a failure. They won't release a product that failed in the past just because it was a competitive market ;)

The best Pepsi product ever made was the original when it came in an 8 pack of glass bottles. Kinda sucked when they stopped making it that way.

Growing up in FL, one of my best friends father was the president of the local Canada Dry. They used to always get all the "test" flavors at their house and we'd go over there and drink them (no one ever asked our opinions, lol!). Some pretty neat stuff - some made it, some didn't.

The best thing was a clear drink that tasted a little like watermelon and kiwi fruit. It was wonderful with vodka when you're a 15-17 year old hellion. :thumbsup
