my site/content is for sale
 

im leaving GFY and the adult community after this weekend. i love this board, and you guys are great company...even the morons, but i must leave now, and it will be a permanent leave.

my wife and family had a long talk with me this past week and they are very worried about my mental and physical health. i have worked at this computer non stop for the past year and it has done something to me. my health is declining and i cannot allow that to continue...i care far too much for my wife to let that happen any longer.

before i leave i wanted to know if anyone would be interested in purchasing my content/site.
i am offering for sale my domain and content. the site design wouldnt be of any use to a buyer since i will not be producing anymore content to update the site. I have already closed the signup page and will be informing my members tonight that the site will be closing permanently in less than 30 days time.

i have 32 exclusive facial videos and around 180 matching hi-rez photos. there is a bit of non exclusive content on my site that i dont know if it can be transfered or not, so im not even offering it for sale.
i will continue to hold on to all necessary 2257 info for the exclusive content and if a purchase is made the buyer will have several ways to get in contact with me and i will keep the buyer informed of any move or change in address.

this offer is only good for this weekend....after this weekend i will not be checking my email or icq that often.

If you are selling the content as exclusive and transferring all rights to it, then the Custodian of Records would be the new owner of the content. No need for you to keep the records.

How long are the videos and what price did you have in mind? Do you have the original unedited videos as well?

rictor...since i produced the content im required to keep the records on file for at least 5 years. im not selling ALL rights to this content....meaning i wont give anyone resale rights.

all vids are facial vids and they run anywhere from 2 to 5 minutes edited. i have orginal footage for half of them...but currently all the vids are uploaded in avi, mpeg, and rm format for each vid.

i have no price in mind....all offers are being considered.

This is not true. The law is very clear that the onus is on the original producer. There is nothing in the law or the implementing regulations which allows one to transfer this responsibility.
