IbIll has royally fucked up now.

Check your account summaries for checks for
payout on 8/15/03


Here is what they did.

Back last January at convention, iBill didn't make any wire
payments on 1/1/2003. Some of you may remember that
iBill was cutting checks at the show in Vegas.

On 1/8/2003 iBill started making wires, in fact, iBill made
2 wire transfers at once. 1 for the 1st. of the month and
the 2nd for the 15th. Both wires were paid on the 8th of
January.

Here is the deal, iBill went and took back the entire amount
of money that they paid out on 1/8/03.

Basically, the amount that I should have received on 1/1/2003
was taken back TODAY!

Now.. is that a fuckup or what, I AM PISSED!!!!!!!!!!!!:321GFY

They screw up, then they come back and screw up again
and take the damn money back that is mine already.

JESUS...

CCBILL no problems, sorry dude but they just continue to suck in that aspect of their model.

If your an master account holder, this applies to you!

Better check to make sure they did not steal your cash.

My statement looks correct and the wire amount looks proper as well... are they showing some type of deduction in your statement?

I am not sure who or how many could have had this done.

This should only affect those who did not get a check
on 1/2/2003 and were paid a few days later by wire.

They made 2 payments at once that month to make
up for the late payment on 1/1/2003 and they paid a few days
early for payouts on 1/15/2003.

So, today.. they take back the payment from 1/1 that was
paid on 1/8...

You were probably over 1% chargebacks that month and they have withheld payment.

Chargebacks is not an issue, we have so few that
we don't even reach a 1/4 of 1 percent in any month.

Good'ol I-bill.. Just when you think things might start to look up they ask you to bend right back over.

What did they tell you? You did get some sort of explanation right?

Just checked - they didn't steal my cash.

And I got that out of sync payment in Jan as well.

So it's probably not a widespread event.

Seriously ... why does ANYONE with even quarter of a brain cell still use Ibill ??? They are possibly the most fucked up biller around.... yet people still continue to use them.

I usually err on the side of caution and diplomacy, but come on people ... wake up!

I send a shit load of joins to different sponsors and I wont touch one that even has the choice of Ibill.

Well now here's typical iBill, wires should have gone out last night and been available to our account almost instantly... nope... talked with iBill this morning about where the heck our wire was, they said "it did go out last night but might be Monday before it is credited to your account." So basically, they held the wires as long as possible to delay any actual money transfer until Monday... typical.

With no way to transfer rebilling accounts to another processor we're forced to stay with iBill. Honestly for as messed up as they are they are mostly reliable in payments... we've played with other processors in the past only to keep coming back to iBill.

No reasonable explanation yet.

Just for the record, I only use iBill on one tour since
some webmasters still send sales & traffic. I don't want
to screw them out of it for the work they did 2 years ago.

Anyways, I went throught all of our account details and found
no overpayments or any issues related to it.

They flat..took the shit and paid me what was left.

Here is to iBill regardless of their excuse

My statement was fine but I am a fan of checks as opposed to wires. We have now been with ibill for almost two years and we have never had a late check. Writing the board does nothing to clear this why not call them ? I know I am going to stompt for saying this but your all going to look real funny if ibill is the last one standing lol.

I have called twice now, plus my account rep.

The accounting dept. is not in until Monday, so I have
to wait til then.
