Do you think DeluxePass will be around for a while?
 

Some people are asking me what AVS to use -- I think DeluxePass is probably making assloads of money -- they seem to have a solid setup and really nice content... I'm just wondering if they have made any announcements on the new VISA/MC stuff...

Technically deluxe pass isn't an AVS and yes they have made all necessary requirements for Visa , atleast this is what they have announced .

I am their rep at Epoch and they are solid. They are compliant to Visa rules that haven't even been enforced yet......not bad if you are looking for longevity.

I run sites on AB and DP, but honestly my DP site is converting better than the AB one. I hear some people do 20+ signups a day.

They are visa/mc ready like the other guys were saying, and also all the DP sites are 2257 compliant and it is very easy to make your site 2257 compliant with the links DP gives you.

Both have a great staff, lotsa great guys who I talk to all the time.

I think DP still has the advantage right now contentwise and approval time. DP has an awesome selection of studios, plus they add more DVD's all the time. Also you have a choice of which cascading billing order you want just in case one processor goes down. This was very helpful the other day because ibill was messing up, so we just switched to epoch.

I really like DeluxePass, I recently started an archive with a friend and I must say, Clement is hands down the coolest guy and will help people out anyway he can.

I am not 100% sure about adultbouncer besides they are old. deluxepass thou Ive have lots of experience with, first clement is an extremly good guy to work with, so far with me anyways, they have went many ways to make sure illegal content is removed from all sites, even got ppl checking archives on a daily basic. this time of the month sales have been a bit lower and deluxepass being very popular amoung mgp sites seems more difficult with making sales. but if i were running an tgp with traffic that hasnt seen deluxepass sites or galleries i would definatly recommend it. I would like to see alot more high quality sites on there so recurring would be alot higher, athough its doing pretty good now.

they offer free memebers hosting, and Im pretty sure free hosting for galleries depends if your worth it or not, meaning if you can make sales, im sure clement will work with you to help you out. content is also supplied, you start with 3 free movies of your choice that deluxepass has to offer, 3 copies of the same dvd is given out, than every 30 sales you make you can choose another dvd to uses. ratios have been around 1:100 to about 1:300 for myself on avg.

Im pretty sure when we talk avs sites here, you guys think making a page with 30 pictures and protecting it with an avs system and putting it into the database, hoping members will come across your page and see 30 picture and a link "to see more of this click here" kinda thing! am i correct?

AB and DP are both solid,

DP converts better and has a better system, over all,

but both are good,

also DP Pays better and sells at better ratio, its a easy choice

where is all this free content coming from on DeluxePass?

i have a pile of ripped DVD's from AdultLegal and nowhere in the licenses does it mention a word about sub-licensing that content out to affiliates of any kind as 'free' content. No studio received more money for these 'extended' use licenses, no studio was informed, no studio even had an idea what an AVS is.

and nigga please, tell me what DeluxePass is if it isn't an AVS system?

Im not sure where DP gets its content, but anything you see with the DP watermark on the right side is for sure legit. Webmasters are all affiliates of DP, but DP still owns the content on the servers as well as all of our sites as well. If it is on DP servers, then it belongs to DP. I dont think they have to sub license any of the content, but im not sure. They do own the licenses for thier content, and when a studio says DP cannot have sell their content anymore, then DP gets rid of that content from the servers.

DP is not an AVS, and it never was because it never has verified a persons age. They changed the name to adult entertainment network which sounds better than access verification system, which is what adultcheck chaged its name to.

As for the studios, im not sure which ones are new, but the ones that i use are redlight, adam and eve, legend, elegant angel, puritan, simon wolf, jill kelly prod. But DP has like 30 different studios total.
