Help - I'm being redirected
When I enter my domainl in my browser I'm redirected to another domain. I'm currently at work, and there's no problem entering the domain here.
How can I solve this? |
www.lavasoft.com download ad aware and kill all spyware ;)
|
Hostfile.
To fix it open: windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts delete any redirecting urls there. done. |
Thanks for your suggestions guys.
Now I've tried both. I still get redirected. My domain is www.ebony-snatch.com but I end up at www.formatureaudiencesonly.com Any ideas? |
Isn't formatureaudiencesonly.com ARS's answer to nightsurf?
|
I didn't redirect, I went striaght to the domain...
|
Anyone experienced anything similar?
Really would appreciate your help. |
Try to ping the domain you're trying to reach but are getting redirected from. Then ping the domain you are getting redirected to. If the IP's are not the same then try what was recommended with the "hosts" file:
Hostfile: To fix it open: windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts delete any redirecting urls there. if you need to add a line with the IP and domain name you are trying to reach. ie: 81.31.38.19 www.ebony-snatch.com If the IP's were different when you pinged then this should work. |
Finally I got it.
Thanks a lot guys! |
