Well that was a fucking ordeal.
 

Man, keeping children occupied when there's no power is a pain in the keester, and keeping my pregnant, hormonal rump from overheating is just as interesting. We've been warned that our power grid in Ontario is working at only 50% capacity, and to expect rolling blackouts. FUN!

I was caught in a subway in Harlem NY in the 1967 blackout. Great fun since I was carring a live chicken in a cardboard box.
