I see thousands of people out of their offices and walking around there in NY. That's got to be better than being stuck in traffic or in your office working! Last time there was a blackout in NY the birth rate skyrocketed there. So lots of guys are bound to get laid tonight too. All in all doesn't look like that bad a situation.
