Outage terrorist related?
 

I just heard them say they are hand wanding people through the security checkpoints.

It occured to me that knocking out the power would be a pretty easy way to distract everyone while terrorists go unnoticed.

I saw Ocean's 11 the other night again.. there's a scene in there where they knock out the Vegas power just long enough to slip through the elevator shaft of some nonsense..

Most likely just a coincidence caused by many factors. I wouldn't be surprised if some terrorist (or some group) takes advantage of this situation.

After watching that special on PBS awhile back, which focused on Cyber Terrorism, I don't doubt it.

That show touched on Power Grids from what I remember.

Scary shit, how vulnerable we really are.

Could be something to do with that worm in the power co's comps..??

The news stations said it wasn't terrorist-related, but we're talking about the media.

After all, its past 5pm in Canada right?

It's also impossible to prove a negative..

The original cause may not appear to be terrorist related, but it *could* be part of a larger pliot..

Who knows.. time will tell! :)

I'm pretty sure it's beaver related, a bunch of these varmints got together,
built a dam and clogged up the Niagara River. It's pretty obvious.
