It's August, it's hot, I'm bored... my designers do all the work for me these days! I finally learned to create a business not a job. But I digress...

Okay so here's the haha fun. First person to post the correct answer will get a free flash banner (I'm the guy who made the fun Lars banners and sigs in case you're wondering who's offering)...
