Any news about PSW Billing payouts?
 

Anyone received any amount of money from them today?
US and EU clients?

Last I received from them was on the 25th of July.
And I'm a US client.

Nothing, I'm not going to hold my breath.

I just spoke with PSW a few minutes ago. They said that they are starting to pay out today and will catch up fully over the next ten days. First they are sending out the first missed payment to everyone, then the second payment, ect till they are caught up.

Now, I get wires and I haven't seen any money hit my account yet. However, I don't think they would say that they are paying out right now if they were not serious.

There coming back for sure.... all is good :) If a company gets through things like this then they can get through anything

I'm pleased to report that PSW is indeed making payments now. I got a wire transfer for about $1,000 today. They couldn't tell me exactly when they will be completely caught up, but things are looking good! :eatmouse

Was that payment in full for a particular period, or by 'catching up' do you mean that they are making part payments of the total?

Actually, I'm a little confused myself about the amount. They owed me two wires and this is more than the first alone, but less than the first and second combined. It looks like maybe they paid me for the first 3 weeks of the 4 weeks they owed me(?) I was told that they might send out one wire a couple of days before the other one, but I'm not sure why they would do it this way. Still, it is a good chunk of the money that they owed me and I believe that they will get the rest sorted out in a few days.

Edit: I should add that it is also possible that the amount makes perfect sense, but I'm not seeing it because I am tired from a long day running around campus.

But the question remains: Is everyone beginning to get their money from PSW?

LunaC, I think it's worth emailing PSW to find out, if you haven't done so already. It's too complicated to try to figure out the payments yourself unless you know the exact period dates. They've been promising a payments info screen almost since the day I signed up, which was over a year ago. :arcadefre

Y'know, the more I think about it, the more I think it's Not Quite Right that a billing company doesn't show you the dates and amounts of checks that they write... I'm not suggesting that PSW is up to anything, but it does make it more involved for clients to independently verify that they are being paid correct amounts, and that payments have not been lost.

I'm going to ask them for a full list of payments now.

I will ask them either by email or phone. I expect that it will take them at least a couple of days to get back to me, though. Their accounting department (understandably) is pretty busy right now. It could be that I have gotten mixed up about the weeks that I need to be paid for and am looking at the wrong period and that is why the amount doesn't make sense. I don't have time to check my records now--I'm off to class again. But I will check later.

Mine usually come on wed-thrusday so im keeping my fingers crossed. :winkwink:

Seems to me that PSW are being selective about who they pay and when they pay.

When a company cant pay what it owes it's usually because it's insolvent.
