I can view my site from another country (ie. browser from another country)... The reason I ask is that I want to make sure I have some of my new dialers set up properly for international traffic. :)

I know of one trying to dig it up in my bookmarks for you. In the mean time could you send the following stuff to me: traffic/bw burn expected from your service and long term rates and the expected profits :).

can't you just change your regional settings in the control panel to different countries? i've done that before to test a traffic filter and it seems to work for that... hope this helps bro...
