there just isnt interest in euro sports here. They have been trying for years to get people interested in soccer with no success. 95% of the people here dont know who david beckham is.


I agree though that Nascar is kinda dumb. Racing in general dosent interest me. I watch the indy 500 once a year and that gives me my fill of racing for a year.

F1 is getting sad.

It used to be they needed sponsorship to support the racing.

Now the only reason they race is to support the sponsorship.

Unfortunately it's the same with all sports these days.

i don't understand why US need to have his own championship whereas rest of the world is racing together...

If they would strap you in a F1 car and you only had to sit in it
you would still shit bricks like a motherfucker........that is before
the first turn where you get 6G on your neck and pass out for
the rest of the race.......

Check out some facts on F1 drivers physical challenges.
Heartbeat won't go below 160 in the entire race with peaks
that cross 200, the g forces these guys have to endure.....
for the ignorant...1 G is 1 time your full body weigth pushing
your head sideways. Their concentration level has to be top
notch for the full 2.5 hours. their reaction speed is incredible
they can execute at least 5 actions before you even noticed
something happened.....launch control won't make a difference
to all this...traction control is not allowed, ABS is not available
in F1 (That's the pilot's left foot simulating ABS) And transmission
is not automatic....it's semi automatic. they don't have to clutch
to switch gear they just push a button to switch gears it's called
tiptronic but what do I know about F1 :winkwink:
