2257 Question.
 

Hi,

Am I being legal by doing the following:

First: I do NOT produce any content. I only buy content from content producers.

Second: I only run AVS sites at the moment.

If I simply place a 2257 link at the bottom of my main tour page which links to another page containing the address's of the Custodian of records for all content I purchased , am I being legal?

Are there any of considerations I sholud be aware of?

I'm not a lawyer......but that sounds decent to me.

I don't produce any content either, but I spent two weeks putting links at the bottom of every one of my pages to a 2257 info page where I list the COR for all of the content on that domain.

I also put an email address where I can be reached if someone needs to know who the COR is for a particular set of content.

What about hosted galleries/cams/movies/etc.
If my domain only contains a LINK (no pictures) to a hosted gallery, do I also
have to provide 2257 info for that?
