Just saw a commercial on Playboy TV claiming they get a million hits a day. How much money do you think they're making?

I saw christy hefner speak at Internet Streaming world in 2000, where she proudly stated that they had just opened a $20m streaming studio. I wonder how much $$ it is generated for them since?

$9 million revenue with 300k profit per quarter? they should cut some expenses. they cut 40 people last year from their online business and still only came away with 300k a quarter.

don't get me wrong that's not bad money. but if i had it easy and could just go on name recognition like they do , i'd bring in a hell of a lot more than that.

they're fucking up somewhere. our net is higher and we bust our asses to bring in traffic..

always remember, this company is publicly traded, they might have reasons to shift money inside their corp.

They probably have Playboy Online pay licensing fees to the Playboy Content part of the company and shit like that...

makes sense. 9 mil a quarter iis pretty nice...
