Problems When Taking a ScreenShot

I'm running XP. Whenever I try to take a screenshot from a DVD, the screenshot always comes up blank. Is there any way to fix/resolve this?

How do I do that? I think I tried that but then the DVD wouldnt play??

Launch Media Player.
Goto Tools / Options / Performance, and then use the Video Acceleration slide thing.

Yea, but then the dvd does not play. Has this happend for you, or am I just retarded?

WIN2KPRO is Right click desktop>properties>settings>advanced>troubleshooti ng

I'm guessing XP is the same.

Just move the slider thing to 'none'. Then exit media player, play the dvd, take the screenshot, and when you're done move the slider thing back to 'high'.
