It means really good. 'You have a grouse car' or 'You mum is a grouse root'. |
Don't think it is restricted to just Sydney and Melbourne - more likely it is falling out of favour in other places.
Like 'cobber' - that word was once popular everywhere but now usually only heard in Tasmania |
