Finally Killing e-mail spammers?
|
thats like saying "hey lets make coke against the law and people will stop selling it"
spam is here to stay, no matter what laws they make, people will still do it. |

They say that they will impose penalties on spammers who forge their return address or use misleading subjects. Well, if spammers use forged headers, how will they be tracked down? |
Yeah Gezzed, I was thinking about that too, Are they going to personally track every single surfer on the net at any given time ? I don't even fathom that that is possible.

This is just a load of BS.
The only way to stop spam is not opening spam. Also, replying to the bounce address works quite well. |
Your an idiot if you think the government is end the spam problem.
There just gonna end up fucking it up more. I wish they just stop beating a dead horse. This is like the 100th new bill about spam |
Yeah they are all talk, no show
:feels-hot Stop spending tax payer money already |
Email spammers are like fucking cockroaches, no matter what you do, some always survive.
|
And again the government tries to step in and they have no clue of what they are doing. I love the state laws they have these days; There are so many loopholes in them that they end up being pointless.
Most of these laws don't even apply to most of the spammers because they are out of the country. Better yet, let's make a "do not email" list and hand it out to everyone who doesn't want email. I'm sure it will be spammed every day of the week. |

As long as people can send out 1 million hotmails and get one dumbass to buy a pack of pills for 150 USD spam will be here.
