This is starting to make sense, this guy demanded 15k test of a very primo list I have. So I send him 15k to test and he cried because I refused to give him the full data with the test. You do not need full data to test a list, I can see now he was just looking for test lists so he can give them out and send others junk after they think he actually has the list the test ones came from
